- Community Green Space
With the support of its partner, FedNor, BNA is developing the area near the greenhouse and creek as a community green space. It will have walking paths, trees, a large fire pit and seating area, a pergola and fountain, and other aesthetics. BNA is working with members Paulette Facca on the design and Ryan Gorrie on the architecture on this project, as well as TBT for project management. Papasay is leading this development, and subbing out the electrical, civil, and carpentry to its partners.
Once complete, the First Nation members will have a beautiful, aesthetically pleasing location for members to spend time together, reflect, and enjoy the community surroundings. No vehicular traffic will be permitted in this area once the work has been complete, but golf carts will be allowed.
