BNA is looking at developing its commercial and business zone, which is located just north of the Copper Thunderbird Road entrance to the community. The plan is to develop a hotel, gas bar, and restaurant. With its Land Code and associated leasing ability, the hope is to look for brand-name developments: a name-brand hotel, a large-scale gas bar which could be used by trucks, a restaurant, and a coffee shop. The community is also looking at a helicopter pad re-fueling area in the zone.

BNA hopes to move ahead with its business planning, feasibility, and design related to this project very shortly.
